LOOKING FOR A CO-ADMIN
» YES THAT'S RIGHT I am searching for someone to help me around the site. I can't always be on and it would be helpful and less stressful if I can be confident someone else is around to run things when I can't. So, I will be picky and I will reserve the right to fire you if you become innactive. Anyway, there are requirements.
» THE REQUIREMENTS Alrighty, like I said you must be active! I would like you to be a already active member of the site, meaning you have at least one current thread going. Next, you must have experience. I don't care what server you have experience on as long as you can link me to a past site. Next, you have to be friendly and easy to get along with as both a fellow member and a fellow staffer. I want someone who will love and be dedicated to this site as much as I am. Another thing, you must be willing to actually read and critique the applications. Don't just skim and accept, make sure the character is well developed and a good addition to the site, not just a BS one. And, naturally, come up with ideas to get and keep the site active.
» FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED Just shoot me a PM with your credentials. I'll be keeping this open until I find someone who I deem acceptable. That said, don't get discouraged if you don't get the position. There are always going to be more things you can do, and maybe if you continue to be a dedicated member you can be promoted to a staffer eventually.
